* Open 'Help' | 'Eclipse Marketplace'
* Add the subclipse update site (http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x) to Eclipse through 'Help | Install New Software...'
* Search for subclipse
 
* Install it

* Install all the Subclipse components and agree to all licence agreements
